The Metro User’s Group is tasked with standardizing the emergency response between each of the member agencies and the Valley Emergency Communications Center (VECC). VECC dispatches all of the member agencies who are looking to develop common dispatch protocols and standards.  The work of this group will ensure that every citizen of a Metro city receives the same, high level of emergency response.
